2. Bradgate Park
Bradgate Park is a public park which is spread over 850 acres in Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire. It has Cropston Reservoir, the Old Jon folly which is believed to have been dedicated as a memorial to Sir John Grey, one of the previous owners of the property, a deer park and a war memorial. The park is also relevant from the perspective of paleontology and houses a number of important fossils and rocks.
