The brain child of Ryan Chetiyawardana, the bar was opened with the view of adapting transatlantic botany into an imbibable and modern form. The ingenious drinks served in this hotel bar with a boutique feel are divided into four sections – vegetal, cereal, floral and mineral. All their cocktails come with a recommended drinking time. From the Chablis and Dandelyan Sour to the Elderfir and Evil Manhattan, you can spend the entire day sampling their cocktails.
